Note on MC-BUS Volume Control:

This feature enables Cadence to adjust the volume of a Cyrus preamplifier connected via MC-BUS to models such as the Stream X Signature, Stream X2, or Stream Xa, using the volume controls within the app. For optimal performance, the streamer must be running firmware version 3.5 or higher. Additionally, this control can be enabled with Stream XP2, Stream XP2 Qx, and Streamline2 models when set to ‘Source’ mode, with firmware version 3.6 or above.

Please be aware that the n-remote control is incompatible with streamers operating on firmware versions prior to 3.4. Consequently, volume control via n-remote is not available on these older firmware versions.
